Family Law.  Family law matters can be extremely emotional.  We handle your matters with sensitivity.  We handle premarital agreements, guardianships, divorce, property division, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support (including arrearages and modifications.)
 

Estate Planning.  We can review your family situation to advise you how to plan your estate so it goes to your loved ones in the fastest and least costly manner.  We can prepare living trusts to avoid probate, and prepare or update wills and durable powers of attorney.  We also assist in probating estates.
 

Negligence or Medical Malpractice Defense Consultation.  Having 22 years of nursing and hospital experience prior to becoming an attorney allows our firm to realistically evaluate, advise, and assist in negligence, wrongful death, or malpractice cases.
 

Fees.  We offer competitive fees.  Personal injury matters are handled on a contingency basis, meaning there is no fee unless we obtain a recovery.  Non-personal injury matters are handled on an hourly basis.  We will work out a fee arrangement satisfactory to you before we start on your matter.
